Description
For sale is a near mint ABC-Impulse pressing of Sun Ra's album Atlantis.
I am a record collector, not a store, and I grade conservatively using a NM, VG+, VG, VG-, G scale. I do not use EX.
Visually, this record looks great. It is glossy and has only a couple of extremely faint scratches that cannot be felt and which can seen only under bright light. I played the using a Shure m97xe cartridge on a Dual 1229 turntable with Grado SR125 headphones, and it sounds great and is quiet. The scratches never made a pop or click (or at least I did not hear any). I also cleaned the record on my VPI record cleaning machine. I nevertheless grade the record as VG+ because of the visual assessment.
The cover has a small amount of ringwear and shelfwear, and there is a small split in the middle of the top seam. I grade it as VG.
I ship within the United States through USPS media mail with a fixed $4.00 cost. I ship internationally ONLY through eBay's Global Shipping Program, so please review the details for that program on eBay's website before bidding of you are a buyer who is not in the United States. The cost of shipping and customs duty is calculated through that program.
