This really was the birth of progressive rock! It was the Beatles' 9th Lp and what an impact it had. and still does have. Released on the 1st of June 1967, the album reached number 1 across the board, staying at number 1 for 23 weeks!! With a total of 148 weeks in the charts!!

There are many faint and light marks which provide only very light and occasional background noise-not a great deal at all, just a few light pops VERY occasionally...About 9 light and soft pops right at the start of side 2...Nothing bad at all.
I have just finished listening to the whole of the album and found a WONDERFUL DEEP AND RICH SOUND REPRODUCTION with a superb dynamic bass too :)
Lovely quiet run-ins.
A pure joy to listen to-TURN HER UP!
There is a mark to side 2, as can be seen in the image provided, but this makes very little impact on the audio output-I didn't really notice it at all when playing her.

Inner Sleeve:
VG-
It is the ORIGINAL ‘Fools’ inner with the red & white flame. But it it does have a split to the bottom seam.
Cut-Outs:
MINT-
Superb 1st printing of these cut-outs as they are dark green in colour.
Deep green first printing run here.
Just light handling wear to the edges.
TOP NOTCH
Cover:
VG(+).
The front cover is still lovely and strong, as is the back cover and the bright inner picture.
Only small crescents of spidering near the opening and some fingers of spidering emanating from the seams to the front and back.
The corners have just light rubbing/knocking.
The spine is well rubbed, but not split...Still opens with a crackle-as if being opened for the first time, back in 1967.
The inner picture is lovely and clean and remains wonderfully vibrant too.
I am being incredibly critical as well as honest as possible, so bid with confidence.
NO SPLITS/TEARS OR WRITING
ALL IN ALL THIS IS A VERY GOOD COPY OF AN ALBUM WHICH CHANGED THE FACE OF ROCK N ROLL.
THE AUDIO REMAINS WARM AND RICH.
COMPLETE WITH CORRECT 1ST PRESSING CUT-OUTS.
ALSO WITH THE ORIGINAL ‘FOOLS’ INNER!
WILL SIT PROUD IN ANY COLLECTION.
