This appears to be a rare picture  - I cannot find any present or past listings of eBay, Discogs or Popsike.

I also believe this might have been a "promo only" sleeve.

The original movie starred Deborah Kerr, Rita Hayworth, David Niven, Wendy Hiller and Burt Lancaster.

*The picture sleeve is in VG MINUS overall condition. The back of the sleeve had some visible ring wear as seenPlease zoom in on both photos to view the item condition. in photo 2. The front cover has very light bending on the top edge, a tiny bit of ring wear, and some light white specs - you can see them in Vic's hair in photo 3 (this is a very minor flaw).
