Here is a very rare LP
called
A Plain Reprise

VICE
Description
This was released in the Netherlands in 1984
on Akzidanz. Vice were a band from Nijmegen/
Netherlands and the probably less known of their
city fellows Mekanik Kommando, Das Wesen and
Bazooka.
Members of Vice, Das Wesen and
Mekanik Kommando later went on to form
Güler and released the great but little known late
post punk/new wave LP "Salt On Your Face"
and formed later the techno act Ulan Bator.
Vice played a wonderful melancholy
synth wave. In my opinion one of the best
records from that genre and that time
from the Netherlands.
In contrast to their first release, a self-titled
12" from 1982 on Torso, this LP is very, very
rare and nearly impossible to track down
nowadays. I am happy to offer this now as the
first appearance on ebay since years!
It comes with a little flyer insert on the
other Akzidanz-releases.
