"Digital Dictator" is the second studio album by the American Heavy / Power Metal band Vicious Rumors, released in 1987 through Shrapnel Records (United States)

This is the first Vicious Rumors album to feature vocalist Carl Albert, who would stay in the band until his death in 1995.

NOTE: Brand New, still sealed in plastic wrap.
