Description

Only 500 copies were made. Very clean copy (!!) of one of the MOST SOUGHT AFTER punk singles from the UK. VICTIMIZE were from Wales and this cracker is their second out of two 7”ers and is by a country mile the rarest (!!!) Compare these killer tracks with the songs by UK punk band The MACHINES ‘True Life’ EP fom 1978. With the band are guitarist Roman Jugg and bass player Bryn Merrick who joined The DAMNED on the ‘Strawberries’ LP. I guess you will NOT find another copy in this BRILLIANT condition…and some didn’t have picture sleeves either.

 

Again, this punk classic is incredibly hard to find, especially with the sleeve and in this SUPERB condition and I guess of the few collectors out there who are lucky enough to own a copy, you will want to upgrade as the few that ever surface are generally knackered or at best VG.

 

You are bidding on the original blank white label pressing (most were written on), released on their own private mini-punk label ‘I.M.E.’ records in 1980 (catalogue number IME 2). The vinyl is in near mint condition (superclean copy). The VERY VERY THIN picture sleeve is in excellent condition (clean copy). The spiteful and wicked punk MONSTER “Where Did The Money Go” appears on the BACK TO FRONT #4 sampler. The equally great blaster “Innocence” can be heard on the flip (a far more punkier style than John Cooper Clarke`s original take from 1977). Airmail postage/packaging for 1-5 singles outside Germany is the same price (5,50 Euro for Europe and 9 Euro for the Rest Of The World).
