Very good or better condition. V+ in my opinion. Typical surface wear, groove wear, stack wear, some scratches, nicks and scuffs but nice eye appeal.  Audible surface noise, hiss, clicks and ticks but not intrusive. Try a deep clean and a steel needle. Ring sitcker on side B.
