VICTORIA SPIVEY issued several great compilation albums with various blues legends - all highly collectable and worthwhile records. These pressings were also of commendable vinyl quality too, which is a bonus. The artists rallied around for these limited releases, players like Otis Spann, Willie Dixon, Muddy Waters, and the legends featured on this release.
Indeed, another disciple of the greats - and a budding recording artist, top dog in his own field, none other than BOB DYLAN.
He plays alongside BIG JOE WILLIAMS, playing spirited harmonica, and singing with him on the wonderful standout 'Sitting On Top Of The World', on which he's unmistakable.
Now for classic blues enthusiasts, this album has much more to offer from the other tracks here!
This is a cool record throughout, and exemplary of this period in blues.
A seldom seen lp, and almost never in this superb condition.
CONDITION;
The VINYL is NEAR MINT.
TOP shine and beautiful clean clear sound.
The basic White LABLES with plain black text are also top NEAR MINT.
The solid SINGLE SLEEVE CARD COVER is EXCELLENT.
Superb and wonderfully clean, flat, solid!
