I have a bunch of Movie sets on VHS and Laser Disk running at this time. They are all in MINT condition. They were bought and just put on the shelf for display and safe keeping in a specially built media room to keep them clean and safe. If they were played it was only maybe once or twice. You won't be disaapointed.

Once the Victory at Sea original master tapes arrived at Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab, they were auditioned through the company's customized reference tape transport system for audio evaluation. Then a rough cut or reference lacquer was created for critical study of the tapes' true high fidelity potential....

Victory at Sea was among the most watched and most respected television series in the history of that medium. From the first broadcase on Oct. 26, 1952 until the last of its 26 episodes, Victory at Sea vitually commanded the visual and audio attention of its many millions of viewers worldwide. In its most simplistic sense, it was a chronological compilation of offical naval footage of the American naval operations during WWII. Yet it was so much more than that....brining to the eye of the audience, for the first time, the war at sea as it actually was, the war that was fought for the aquatic two-thirds of the earth's surface. But there was something that the pictures could not convey, a subtle, spirtual dimention needed to give them - and the entire drama - its ultimate meaning....

The following pages reproduce the original text and photos that accompained the three individually released volumes of Victor at Sea in the mid 1950's. They included first person commentary by the series creator and produced Henry Salomon and the arranger-conductor Robert Russell Bennett.
