Most members of both groups have been involved with accoustic experiments in conjunction with modern jazz, new music and folklore since the early fifties; they played totally improvised music long before the term "free jazz" has been coined. Both groups have their very distinctive own sound and offer a real alternative to most free jazz groups. Despite their perculiar "Viennese" concept, the bands have worked with guest soloists from Europe, the U.S. and India. Their records "Overground" and "Darjeeling" have been broadcast by many European radio stations. .

G (I rarely list anything with this grade unless it is highly rare and valued, may have many surface marks, but still playable without skipping)
