Description
This is a first issue copy of the first (and last!) vinyl LP by Blind Faith, which was produced by Polydor and Island Records in August 1969 (# 583059 B).
Blind Faith was considered one of the first 'super-groups' of its time, and consisted of Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker, Stevie Winwood and Ric Grech. They helped to pioneer the genre of blues/rock fusion.
This is a single LP, and includes the tracks 'Had to Cry Today', 'Can't Find My Way Home', Well All Right', 'Presence of the Lord', Sea of Joy' and 'Do What You Like'.
Both sides of this LP are in good condition, with just a few surface scratches and scuffs commensurate with its age. It plays fine on my Technics system. The condition of the gatefold sleeve is not in such good condition as the vinyl, as it does have a 2 inch scuff on the front where someone attempted to remove the original price ticket. However, the back of the cover is fine.
A great item for any 1960s rock fan.
