Description
I just played through most of each song. I didn't hear any noise. Quiet between songs. Tiny little tics are heard rarely and barely. It really plays nice. I don't see any marks in the vinyl. Maybe some superficial sleeve stuff but looks super clean.
VAN GELDER is etched into dead wax on both sides. Labels are super clean. It boasts the NEW YORK USA address on both sides and the back cover. The cover shows some wear - see pics. There is a seam split across the top around 5". Some scuffing around the spine here and there. See pics for cover condition. The inner sleeve is the '27 years Blue Note' type with some markings in red on some of the selections.
The vinyl outshines the cover by a bunch. Overall a super copy of this coveted Blue Note LP. I suggest buying insurance for this rare record. Shipped padded with the record outside the cover in a polybag.
