The 'Himself' side is in Excellent condition with no significant visible flaws.
The 'Say it with music' side shows the odd surface hairlines, but nothing at all serious, this grades at a solid VG+. For 85 years old, it is in most acceptable shape.
It also comes with a little miniature sleeve. This is in generally very good condition, has some creasing and has been taped repaired along one side.
