Looks to be in good condition. I don't know anything about grading. See pics for condition. Has a Victor sleeve as shown.

Terms of Sale
Payment is due within 4 days of auction end. If the winning bidder can not make payment within that time period, he/she must contact me by email for an extension. PayPal is the only accepted form of payment.
Shipping
I ship daily Monday through Saturday, and usually ship within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment, but could take as long as 2 business days. Shipping is through the United States Post Office which is closed Sundays and holidays. Great care is taken in preparing the packages for shipping using appropriate sized boxing, bubble wrap and other cushioning materials to ensure the package arrives safely. A small nominal charge is added to S/H. Insurance may be required on some items and will be added to the S/H cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable on all items.
International Buyers - Please Note:Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Please do not ask to falsify Customs Documents.
Returns or Defective Items
For returns, or items defective upon receipt, the buyer has fourteen (14) days from receiving the item to contact me by email to make arrangements. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs including insurance if applicable. All Items must be returned in original condition went sent. If an item was sold as "New" in a sealed or unopened condition, the item will not be eligible for return if opened by the buyer. After the item has been returned to me and inspected to meet these terms, then a full refund minus shipping/handling costs will be given.
Additionally if this item is listed "AS-IS" in the description and the SHIPPING and PAYMENTS page shows "No Returns Accepted by Seller", then this section does not apply, and there would be no return eligibility.
