Description
This is a vintage 1974 Warner Brothers original vinyl pressing of "The Best of The Grateful Dead / Skeletons From The Closet " (W 2764). This is the early pressing with the "Burbank" Palm Trees label. This highly collectible LP will make a great add to one's vintage vinyl collection.
CONDITION of VINYL: A WOW factor here as this vinyl looks to have had little or no past play. A full test play confirms no issues with a top notch playback. We rate the vinyl condition as Near Mint (NM) under Goldmine guidelines. It comes with the original Warner Brothers inner sleeve in nice condition with no edge slits.
CONDITION of JACKET: The outer jacket (sleeve) has sings of past storage including ring wear on front and back covers. All seams are solid with tiny corner softening at upper right where a split is starting. There is a small 1/2" wide piece of white tape that wraps around spine (see photo). This jacket warrants a Very Good (VG) to Very Good Plus (VG+) condition rating under Goldmine standards. A new poly slip-on outer sleeve is included to help preserve this 44 year-old gem for future generations to enjoy!
The vinyl within the inner sleeve will be separated from jacket during shipment to help guard against seam damage to the outer jacket.All shipments are in heavy duty record mailer with ample bubble wrap.
