VINTAGE VOGUE PICTURE RECORD R 720 FEATURING LULU BELLE & SCOTTY

Up for sale is a Vintage Vogue Picture Record R 720 featuring Lulu Belle & Scotty. The record has "Grandpa's Getting Younger Ev'ry Day" on one side and "Time Will Tell" on the other. The 78 rpm record has an aluminum core and a picture on both sides. It was popular because it was sold as being unbreakable. As you may know, the Vogue Picture Record Company came into existence the year following World War II.  After a short life of only 15 months, the company went into  bankruptcy. These records have become sought after by collectors because of their uniqueness and the limited time in which they were produced. I have seen them displayed on walls and in record albums.

Note: This record was a part of my father's collection and I have no idea how to grade it. It has some light scratches on both sides. Beautiful colors - no fading!
