REGARDING THIS ITEM:
The Album and vinyl record have been stored in protective plastic.  The cover looks very good...see pictures.  The vinyl has some marks and scruffs but is overall good +...no significant fingerprints or warpages...should play decent...I know I've played Mockingbird in the past for tapes but it's been awhile and with vinyl I can't guarantee you won't hear imperfections on your system!

Inez & Charles Foxx's second album features both sides of their smash single "Mockingbird" b/w "Jaybirds"; the pair of tunes was also on their debut album on Symbol (a subsidiary of Sue Records). But it's not a problem; the mix makes the package stronger. It features "Ask Me" from 1963, the sister/brother duo's final of four singles from that prolific year, and subsequent singles: "Hurt by Love," (later ripped-off by the New Beats as "Bread & Butter"), "La De Da I Love You," "I Fancy You," and "My Mommy Told Me." For the unacquainted, Inez & Charles Foxx were like Ike & Tina Turner, with Charlie playing more of a role vocally than Ike, and Inez, while sassy and soulful, not as dynamic as Tina.

These Records are coming from my personal collection.  I worked at a record store in the Washington D.C. area for through the 1980s and got first pick of the store, so there's lots of gems!  Many were bought used and I try to accurately indicate their condition.

• Please note the discount on combined orders and check out additional items.  For Records, only $1.00 each additional CD shipped at the same time domestically ($2.50 internationally).  Note:  I'm estimating each album with the strong, cardboard box to be around 14 ounces.  First class overseas costs me $10.76!  Add on the cost of the package, printing, etc. and I'm breaking even on international postage.  Domestically, first class is only good up to 13 ounces, so items over that will be shipped media mail, unless you pick the more expensive Priority mail option.
