FIRST PRESS !! VINYL LP RECORD

MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN.
FIRST PRESS VINYL RECORD, COMPLETE WITH DIE-CUT CARD INNER SLEEVE, AND JAGGED EDGE GLOSSY POSTCARD, WHICH WAS ONLY ISSUED WITH THE FIRST PRESS COPIES.
VINYL IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION FOR AGE, BEING NEARLY 45 YEARS OLD. THERE ARE VERY FAINT HAIRLINE MARKS OVER THE SURFACE OF THE VINYL, BUT NO DEEP SCRATCHES AT ALL, PLAY IS UNAFFECTED. VINYL IS STILL GLOSSY, AND LABELS ARE EXCELLENT, WITH NO MARKS/WRITING.
THE INNER DIE-CUT SLEEVE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE UNUSED POSTCARD IS ALSO EXCELLENT, ONLY INCLUDED IN THE FIRST PRESS COPIES. THE OUTER SLEEVE, WHICH HAS THE PINCHED IN PORTION ON EITHER END, AGAIN ONLY FIRST PRESS ISSUES, IS IN VERY GOOD+ CONDITION, JUST VERY SLIGHT AGE DISCOLOURATION AND RUBBING, BUT NO TEARS OR WRITING/STICKER MARKS. NO OUTER SHRINK WRAP PRESENT.

First issue.Released with the cover hidden under black shrink wrap with a round Wish You Were Here sticker on the outside of the shrink wrap. Spine is narrow (pinched) at the top and bottom and wide in the middle on some covers, and uniformed on others (like all spines). Issued with lyrics on a die cut inner sleeve and a glossy postcard, with jagged edges, of a diving man.
On label side 1, Shine On You Crazy Diamond Part 5 is credited to "Waters-Gilmour-Wright" (later have "Waters" only).
***- Issue with matrix variant A-1 B-3 comes with die cut inner sleeve with the top two corners and bottom left corner cropped at an angle (looking from the red veil blowing in the wind side, see pic).
Opening on the top back with a nine inch notch in the center where the record is inserted.***
- Issue with matrix variant A-1 B-5 comes with die cut inner sleeve with the top two corners and bottom right corner cropped at an angle (looking from the red veil blowing in the wind side).

- Issue with matrix variant A-1 B-7 comes with die cut inner sleeve with all four corners cropped at an angle.

Matrix variant number one is the first press of this record, other matrix are further pressings but still first issue of this LP.
