Description
A major rarity: a three disc set of Anton Chekov's 'Uncle Vanya' which went out on the old Home Service on Monday 8th October 1951! These are 16" discs (how often do you see these?) and are in excellent order apart from one side of one disc which has scuffing. The glorious BBC labels state all the facts (one only scanned) and they come in official BBC brown paper sleeves. THIS IS THE COMPLETE PRODUCTION in the 'World Theatre' strand!
A one-off. THREE discs in total here, and remember they are HUGE!
I accept Pay Pal from all bidders. World bidders must use Pay Pal. It also offers you buyer protection- not that you'll need it!
I am proud and happy to ship worldwide. I have many American friends (you're just great people!) and I will send air mail or surface mail at your request.
Quick commercial- I'm a collector of UK radio programmes.
FINALLY, GOOD LUCK in bidding- and please see my other auctions. I will combine wins to save you postage!
