REVERSE AUCTION: Let's raise the price by $5 each week and finally get this thing sold!
THIS AUCTION LOT CONSISTS OF: One original 1926 pressing of Violet McCoy's ultra-rare "Black Snake Blues " / "Soul and Body" classic. Looks fantastic, right? Alas, there's a catch:
CONDITION: Super clean labels, as seen. [Please excuse the shadow from my hand-held camera!] Shellac still has plenty of gloss, with expected minor aging / storage / handling wear. However: upon super close examination the very beginnings of what seems to want to be a crack are visible at the outside edge. It's not a crack yet, just a hint that our camera can barely detect [Look close at the 5-o'clock position at bottom right]. Disappointing, we know. Still, a playable disc. A nice place-holder until you find another. And we wish everyone all the luck on that. We welcome counter-offers. HOWEVER: this is a no-return deal. Your active bid is a sign of agreement on this matter. Thanks!
