Description

Massenet: Meditation from "Thais" / Grieg: Album Leaf, op.28, no.3 / Schumann: Traumerei (from Kinderszenen, op.15, no.7) / Beethoven: Minuet in G, no.2. Mischa Elman plays violin and Leopold Mittman plays piano. Wolfgang Rose also plays piano on "Traumerei" and "Minuet". Superb performance !!!

Label: RCA Red Seal 26024. First edition (ED1). The vinyl of this early (1950's) US 7" EP is ex- to ex (plays with some incidental soft pops or light background crackling only, not uncommon for these 1950's records). No stereo exists. VERY RARE !!!
