RECORD GRADING -EXCELLENT 

GENERIC SLEEVE - 

The record is in excellent to mint minus shape. 
Incredibly rare and unfindable record. Very strange and fantastic at the same time - I have no words on the description of the genre.  Virginia starts off with a beat poetry style spoken word piece with an acoustic guitar in the background, and then mixes a long singing section on the second half of the first side. She drops in some Christian style messages at times. The flip side has two tracks that feature Virginia singing (and sometimes speaking) Those were written by someone named Dr. O.Z. De Caspianya, with music by Virginia. She does make remarks on how America seemed to be deteriorating and needed some sort of divine rescue, so I would guess that the record was produced sometime in the 1960's?? 
This would be great for collectors of the incredibly strange and also collectors of beat poetry with Christian messages. I have a sound bite of the middle of her spoken word section that moves into the singing section on the first side. I did not capture it here, but she reemphasizes how America needs to change with an echo effect on her vocals.  Also, the flip side has an interesting take on the Lord's prayer using different words on the very last track called Assurance.

VJ'S VINYL GRADING SYSTEM:

If graded Mint - never used, once a record is opened, the top you can get is mint minus.

If graded Mint Minus - A great record, one or two fine hairline scuffs, sounds flawless. A mint minus record can "play" mint. Covers are new looking, may have shrink wrap.

If graded Excellent - Can have faint hairline scuffs that do not affect play. Can have very minor infrequent crackling. Minor bumps in the cover.

If graded VG+ - Scuffs can be more prevalent, with a little more surface noise. If it visually has more scuffs but plays great, I will note that. Still, a very fine and playable copy. Covers have minor age and shelf wear. 

If graded VG - Can have lots of hairline scuffs, and maybe one or two scratches. Surface noise is more prevalent with some popping in spots. Covers have more extensive age and shelf wear. Minor splits.

If graded VG minus - More in the way of scratches and surface noise is NOT infrequent. Still, a viable copy. Covers may have splits. 

If graded G+ - only reserved for a very rare or popular record. Very noisy, maybe some skips, scratches are evident. Covers are trashed. 

If graded STILL SEALED - I will grade the vinyl as "still sealed." That means it's probably mint minus because I do not know if there were any factory defects. 

If reported to have Hairline scuffs -  light yet visible. Cannot be felt with the skin of your finger. 

If stated to have Scratches - Can be felt.

If reported, Age wear - on a cover is either fading or yellowing. 

If reported, Shelf wear - is ring wear, corner bumps, or fraying.

If I am on the fence between grades, I will go with the lower one. 

I will not use VG++ etc., but will say that a record is a "strong" VG+.
