VINYL is NM-
Full gloss vinyl has one very faint inaudible line on side 1. Side 2 is immaculate. Labels are pristine.

COVER is EX
Cover has sun fade at spine, some light tan marks on back, lower left and very lightly bumped corner. No wear, creases or soil. Seams and spine 100% intact with no wear or splits.

Founder of the group, Songwriter, Producer, Singer, Guitar, Bass, Cavaquinho and Percussion player

Percussion loaded Brazilian Jazz/Tropicalia obscurity.

Filled with breaks, keyboards, pulsing bass and Tropicalia psych/jazz feel.
Reminiscent of Jorge Ben's 1968/69 LPs, with very strong beats and layered textures.

This seems to be the only LP (SR 1000) ever issued on the SUGARLOAF RECORDS label,
out of the San Francisco bay area.

Led by Carlos Amaral and keyboardist Jay Wagner, 2 of the longtime major figures in Brazilian music in the S.F. music scene, also including crack percussionist, Kent Middleton on congas, bongos, cuica, pandeiro, et al. Rounded out by bass player, Edward Soleta y Salman and drummer/percussionist Rubens Moura.

Jazz great, Joe Henderson guests on Tenor Sax on "Iemanja".

Lyric/Photo/Info INSERT (printed both sides) in excellent condition.
