Renato Fasano conducts Virtuosi di Roma in L'Estro Armonico 12 Concerti Op.3 by Vivaldi, EMI-UK ASD 391-393, 1st Edition. This original UK set was prepared for legal export to countries where EMI did not have rights to the Nipper HMV logo, usually North America. This preparation took many forms over the years. This set got the full treatment. First small stickers were put over Nipper on the jacket, over the years these fell off or were removed. That is the case here. Second, full size black Odeon labels were pasted over the original Gold/White labels which was done here. Sometimes the Odeon labels were easily removable so the originals could be seen. That is not the case here. Small patches of the Odeons have been removed on 2 sides of this set so the gold can be seen. Sorry for the wordiness but bidders should know this is an original set not a reissue. LPs are visually graded NM, box is VG with small taped splits, and wear. There are no notes or booklets.
