Description
Available here is a 12” vinyl single by Vivian Jones & Pieces - One Of These Days b/w Dub Version. Issued in the UK by Cha Cha Music in 1981, this is the 160gms blue vinyl edition with the catalogue number CHAD 37. Please see my images and the specifications below for further information.
Identifiers - The record has the following matrix marks -Matrix / Runout - Side A - Etched - CHAD 37 A. - EG
Matrix / Runout - Side B - Etched - CHAD 37 B. - EG
Vinyl Condition - Visual Appearance = Very Good+ - Sound Quality = Excellent-
The record is reasonably bright and clean - no scratches, although light surface marks may be found. I’ve listened to both sides and can confirm that there is no jumping, sticking or clicks. Background crackle is occasional but nothing overly intrusive or annoying. I’ve given the record a cursory clean but suspect that the sound quality may well improve further with a little more dedicated attention. A previous owner’s name is written on both sides of the centre labels.
Sleeve/Cover Condition - Very Good- - Original outer sleeve, with various signs of wear, including stress creasing, side/corner rubbing, with a three-inch split along the spine edge. Again, a previous owner’s name is written on one side of the outer sleeve. There is also an additional plain white, die-cut, with a price written on one edge. I suspect this has been added later in order to offer additional protection.

If possible I use good clean recyclable material but I also buy bubble wrap, brown paper, packing tape and glue and all items are well wrapped and protected before posting. Items are also weighed and postage calculated before I list at auction and a small percentage of the charge does go towards packing costs.
