original 1978 seven inch 33? RPM EP with picture sleeve on WHITE NOISE RECORDS from Hollywood, California.

Record labels are reversed.

DISC (visual) = NEAR MINT MINUS.  A few light scuffs and marks, none of which affect play.

DISC (aural) = NEAR MINT.  Disc plays with minimal to no background noise or distortion.

LABELS = NEAR MINT MINUS. Light wear by the center hole on both sides.

SLEEVE = VG+. Creasing; record outline. Light toning at edges. Price sticker on front of sleeve from Aquarius Records in San Francisco, which was one of the first record stores in the Bay Area to carry punk/new wave records (along with Rather Ripped Records of Berkeley).
