A killer disc--coupling LaVern Baker's gutsy "Doc" Pomus/Mort Shuman-penned answer to Elvis' "Little Sister" with the wild, screamin' PHIL SPECTOR-produced "Voodoo Voodoo"-- a track that has resisted all reissue CDs that I know of! Hear about half the recording here:
CONDITION:
VINYL: Glossy, lustrous vinyl has just a few minor hairline scuffs. Plays great, as you can hear. Label is clean and smooth on "Hey Memphis" side; a little discoloration to "Voodoo" label, but nothing major. In stock (but beat-up) Atlantic bag sleeve.
Disc grades at a strong EX.
