VOX PL-7210 FURTWANGLER / BEETHOVEN SYMPHONY No. 4 ULTA RARE SUPRESSED LP

 

Wilhelm Furtwangler conducting the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra performing Beethoven: Symphony No.4 in B flat major, Op. 60 - Mega rare and highly desirable original US Mono LP on VOX PL-7210 – Please Note: The tapes from which this record was made were among the ones Vox purchased from East German Radio. Furtwangler was informed about their existence shortly after they were pressed on this LP by Vox, and quickly filled a legal action to suppress it, making this record extremely scarce and highly desirable – Cover Condition: VG+ (bent corners at upper and lower left corners, some light seam wear, some corner wear, small slick tear at back cover; but still an overall very nice cover indeed)/ Record Condition: VG (some surface hairline scratches, some few more visible, but non-feelable, surface scratches, some spindle trails). Still plays through well with some not too disturbing background surface noise/ticks/clicks. By the middle of the first track of side 2, there is a very small pressing bubble, which causes 2 repetitive thuds only.
