Description
JRR Tolkien's The Hobbit 4 LP record album box set
- Read by Nicol Williamson
- ARGO: A Demetriou Production; DECCA
- VTG 1974; 48+ years old.
- Some of the paper areas have yellowed with age, but overall this is quite beautiful.
- I was unable to test the play; I don't own a record player, and I do not know how to "grade" these, so I will describe:
- I looked at both sides of all four records. There are a couple of shadowy spots that I have included photos for (side one photo near the top, side five photo along the right side); I am not quite sure what's going on there.
Many (but not all) of the items I sell are purchased at thrift stores, garage sales/estate sales, etc. Unless otherwise stated, they are used/pre-owned. Feel free to ask me any questions.
I am a retired teacher working from home and enjoy rehoming vintage and pre-loved items. By the time I am done researching, cleaning, photographing and listing a vintage item I have often developed a bit of relationship with it and have a real appreciation for how things used to be before they were new and improved. Sometimes they needed improvement!
