VTG 1980 THE BEATLES RARITIES LP VINYL RECORD ALBUM CAPITOL/EMI SHAL-12060! Condition is pre-owned/used. Shipped USPS. Returns not accepted, sold AS-IS!
As a Beatles fan, I bought this record for collection in the late 90's. It has been stored in the plastic sleeve it came in, and played only a handful of times. Just tested, and it sounds great, with a rare skip. Vinyl is clean and shiny, with normal wear from use. Packaged in original paper sleeve liner adorned with candid black and white photos of the Beatles on both sides: there is a small tear on the opposite side of the opening that the record has pushed through and some wrinkling. Album cover has a little fraying on sides and edges, but looks pretty good, and opens to reveal a gate fold that has a large picture of the infamous original "butcher cover" on one side, and a montage of color photos on the other.
The back cover explains the "rarities" title: the versions on this album haven't been released in the US or are no longer available, and were chosen because collectors have searched for them for years, or because the version of these songs have something "strange" about them compared to the more common versions. Definitely a cool album for any Beatles fan to own!
