When an item is sold locally, the eBay listing will be removed immediately--so you won't be purchasing something that has already been sold. Pinball machines purchased LOCALLY and delivered within 30 miles of our shop in Ceres, CA will have a 90-day MECHANICAL warranty, no parts covered for misuse or damage by purchaser. Games shipped are not warranted at all. We sell nice things and they are always described and photographed in detail so you will know the exact condition of the item. All items are insured for damage that may occur during shipping. If we do accept a return, it will be less a 25 percent restocking fee, and buyer pays return shipping by exact method and carrier. Vintage and designer clothing and accessories are hanging on racks in our store. That means that your item has been touching other garments--so there may be wrinkles, fibers or fur/hair (from fur coats), and scents on your item--but nothing yucky! There are NO SMOKE odors unless noted (sometimes biker's leathers can have smoke smell, but rare, and stored separately if that is the case). All items are stored in a non smoking shop. If you are sensitive to perfume/scents, please re-wash or dry clean all items prior to use as we use scented Woolite and/or Dryell on items that we launder. WE DO NOT CLEAN VINTAGE CLOTHING OR ANY LEATHER. We do treat all leather purses and shoes with high quality leather care products. Note that Photos MAY have been lightened so that you can see the details better--especially on dark items. Items are NOT FADED unless noted in description.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: Okay here we have a picture sleeve PROMOTIONAL COPY 45 record from the movie Santa Claus Conquers the Martians. The songs are Hooray for Santa Claus and Lonely Beach, both by Milton De Lugg. FC4114 is the number of the record. It's an incredibly rare record. Plays beautifully! WE DO NOT GRADE RECORDS, but provide good photos and general description other than specific grades. Read below for condition notes. Comes with the plastic outer cover sleeve as shown in one photo. This will be carefully bubble wrapped and boxed for safe shipping.

CONDITION: Excellent vintage used condition. The paper sleeve has very little signs of use to it, only minor bends and use. The record is mint except one curved scratch on the very edge that doesn't go deep into the record as we can tell. Also, it plays perfectly. It doesn't really look like they ever played it but maybe once or twice. Super nice example. Comes with plastic outer sleeve. With all vintage and/or used items, please expect to see signs or age and use related wear.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges in our brick and mortar store. Please ask questions prior to purchasing and consider this a PERMANENT as-is sale. If the item has been grossly misrepresented, we may accept a return LESS a 25 percent restocking fee. This is a reasonable restocking fee since we have to re-inventory, clean, re-stock and fix damaged items. We do not rent items! Buyer pays the return shipping, and it must be shipped back via the same carrier and exact method (if we sent it by Priority Mail, buyer must send back to us by Priority Mail, if via Greyhound or UPS, then return the same way). We must receive the item back within 5 days of buyer's original documented receipt of the item (with tracking), or no refund (less restocking fee) will be issued. The item must be returned to us in the same exact condition in which we sent, documented by our photos of the item before and after packing for shipping.
