The Velvet Underground "VU" Verve Records - 823-721-1 Y-1  1985

DISC IS Excellent, looks new and unplayed. Cover is Good+ to VG, with some minor age and ring wear and what appears to be some poor sticker removal from the back side.  Inner-sleeve is in VG condition with a small split just starting to form at the bottom (Less than 1") and a small tear on the front side. See pictures.
