Electrosurgical Generator Valleylab Force 2-CEM

• Das Gerät ist schon ziemlich alt aber in bester Ordnung, funktioniert einwandfrei und ist der reinste Traktor und bei korrekter Bedienung fast unkaputtbar. 
• Für die Durchführung einer vom Gesetzgeber geforderten Sicherheitstechnischen Kontrolle ist der Käufer verantwortlich!
• Mitgeliefert werden ein mono-polarer und ein bipolarer Fußschalter, und ein Konvolut aus steril verpackten aber abgelaufenen Neutralelektroden und Handgriffen welche Veterinär noch gut verwendet werden können.

Benuzt CEM and CUSA Technologie und REM-Fehlerindikator für preziese Leistungs-regulierung am Gewebe über Anschlüße für monopolar Hand- und Fuß-geschaltete Elektrodenhandgriffe  bei pure cut (300 Watts) und 3 blend Modi,  maximal 120 Watts im Coagulationsmodus und  70 Watt im bipolar Modus.

Das REM System misst kontinuierlich die Impedaz des Patienten und regelt dementsprechend die abzugebende Leistung automatisch nach.  

Bedienerfeld für die Einstellung der Leistungen und Betriebsarten mit Digitaler Anzeige im Display. Anschlüsse für die Fußschalter auf der Rückseite.

Neutralelektroden-Alarm. Sollte sich die Neutralelektrode vom Patienten lösen ertönt ein in Lautstäke regulierbarer Alarm und die Leistungsabgabe wird sofort eingestellt.

Product Description

The Force 2 electrosurgical unit from Valleylab provides cutting and coagulation in monopolar or bipolar outputs.  Force 2s have audible and visual alarms, including REM™ Fault Indicator.  The REM™ (Return Electrode Monitoring) is standard.  300 watts is available for output in the cut setting.  A monopolar foot switch is included, a bipolar foot switch is optional as is a rolling cart.  Refurbished units are available from DRE.

BLENDED CUT MODES
Provide flexibility through varying degrees of hemostasis. Choose one of three preset modes.

SIMULTANEOUS INDEPENDENT COAGULATION
Permits two surgeons to fulgurate from a single generator, for added convenience and efficacy.  Accessories are activated only when keyed, reducing the potential for injury caused by inadvertent activation.

LOW VOLTAGE COAGULATION
Ensures controlled, precise desiccation with less destruction of peripheral tissue, making the Forceª 2 generator ideal for laparoscopic procedures. 

REM™ SAFETY
Is guaranteed with Valleylab's patented adaptive REMª system, which continually monitors patient impedance levels. If a fault in the patient/return electrode contact is detected, the REMª system automatically deactivates the generator virtually eliminating the risk of burns under the return electrode.  Valleylab REMª safety has been proven in more than 100 million surgical procedures worldwide.

Measurement Current: 3 mA maximum

Acceptable Resistance Ranges:
--REMª pad Ñ 5-135 ohms
--Non-REMª pad Ñ less than 20 ohms

Acceptance range is 5-135 ohms after REMª PolyHesiveª II return electrode is applied. REMª trip is initial impedance plus 40%. For example, if the initial impedance is 30 ohms, the upper level trip is approximately 42 ohms.
