Description

Genuine 1st Pink Scroll press on UK Charisma from '70. Matrix A1/B1. Very solid vinyl and the Charisma pressings from this period are to die for. The vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover with an original inner sleeve from the time. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In excellent condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of superficial trails per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback a couple of minor deviations. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. Plays clean throughout into the quietest moments. And remember prog-rock tinkering like this is only going to survive it has been really taken care of. Only a properly clean rendition is going to really give you the full gamut. At worst the odd few minor crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side. And a couple of minor ticks in the opening to the second section on side 2. Very impressive irrespective of the vintage.
Cover (Vg+) Overall a pretty decent looking specimen. Some light handling wear - better than many specimens. Note slight wear patch bottom right on the front. Firm openings and some edge wear - nothing worrisome. Bit of creasing at opening on rear. The spine is 80% intact - impressive. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. 
Inner (Vg+) Aged, but complete with bag and no splits.
