Van Der Graaf Generator - - NM Not TMOQ

Mega rare, never seen before (not by me anyway), NM copy of Van Der Graaf Generator / Peter Hammil's 'The Band Of Millions Of Years Featuring The Undercover Man'.  No information on the sleeve or vinyl to identify who released this, but it is 99.9% certain to be an Italian release.  The cover is in absolutley shining, pristine condition - the background is black so may be liable to pick up a few scuffs.  The vinyl is in phenomenal condition, and apart from one or two very small finger smudges, looks unplayed.  Material contains a mixture of live VDGG and PH tracks, unreleased material and an interview.  The labels are very clean although there is some black felt pen marks - I assume to hide whatever is written underneath.
Side One is VDGG, while Side Two is Peter Hammil solo.  Track listings are as detailed:

(I) 'Squid I' - unreleased VDGG track.  Appeared by mistake ona few copies of 'Aerosol Grey' before being replaced by 'Necromancer' (II) 'Refugees' - VDGG BBC Session, 25th May, 1970 (III) 'An Epedemic Of Father Xmas' - VDGG BBC Session, 3rd April, 1970 (IV) 'Theme One' - VDGG live in Milan, 8th February, 1972 (V) Commercial At Last - Interview given to KROG Radio on 14th March, 1979 - became basis of insert for 'Refugees'
