Description
For sale is Van Dyke Park's Discover America released on Warner Bothers Records in 1972. This is a promotional record with a white labels. Like all my records, I put this into a protective inner sleeve immediately. This record is a continuation of the work he previously recorded in Trinidad of calypso and steel drum music. I'm grading the cover as Very Good Plus Plus because it's beginning to split along the seams. The vinyl is Near Mint Minus with very faint sleeve marks. Being that this record is very rare, you would be hard pressed to find one in any condition. This is a marvelous record that would be a great addition to anyone's collection because the vinyl is close to mint! I have other records of interest in my Ebay store. Please take a look, as they're almost all Near Mint. Thanks for viewing my listing. I've been collecting records for about 50 years now and have always cleaned them and put them away carefully in plastic inner sleeves. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative.
