Description
This is Warner Bros. Records WS 1727, Van Dyke Parks Song Cycle, a gold label,original stereo issue of this classic record with 1A/1A etched in the dead wax. The record is visually in near mint condition showing almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. I'm pretty certain it had never been played or been played only once before I play graded it. The original cover has a small amount of shelf wear on the right but is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent and show no spindle marks. An original inner sleeve is included as well. Some contemporaneous articles and reviews collected by the original owner are also included. This is a superb, archive worthy, collector's grade copy of this rare and beautiful original issue. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
