I don't really know how to grade records or sleeves so I will describe what I see (most of which is in the photos).  The cover is still wrapped in shrink although the shrink is torn in places.  The seams are great and not split.  The record looks great.  I don't see any scratches.  It plays well as can be heard in the attached video.
