Description
Vinyl was play tested through Focal Elegia's and it played as NM-. I numerically scored the A-Side a 94 and the B-side a 95 relative to very very light occasional surface noise along with what could have been missed dust flecks on A3 and B3, numerically those tracks were more like EX+ however the cumulative play is NM-. The VG+ grade is being driven by the visual inspection of the A-side (it looks like it will play with issues but Japanese vinyl is essentially indestructible) showing a number of light surface marks. The B-side looks more like EX-.
The sleeve is scored as EX, more like EX- but 100% better than VG+. Along the top of the front cover is faint discoloration spots along with a couple of spots on the OBI. Beyond that there is a dimple on the bottom seam running 5mm. There is light corner wear along with three creases running in from the spine on the front typically hidden by the OBI along with a three more noticeable creases on the rear (it stands out more on the darker color). The inserts show some discoloration spots as well. There is no 'Japanese Mold' smell to the sleeve at all (I checked a couple different times). Numerically I am scoring the sleeve an 83 which I use as the final score at the bottom of the EX range.
