Rare - Upside down back cover Van Halen 1984 Lp  STILL In Shrink with Price sticker and hype sticker on the back 
Outter cover is in Near Mint condition , Inner sleeve is in VG+ condition small tear on top and bottom is split with some bends 
Album is Near Mint as well  some minor blemishes, marks or surface scratches Nothing Major only a couple of them 
A very beautiful album  - Has original price sticker on front and has a hype sticker on back of upside down cover
