Description

   For sale is Van Halen's 1984, originally released in 1984 on Warner Brothers Records and re-issued by Columbia House under license for its record club. I professionally cleaned this record on my VPI HW-17 and immediately put this album in a MFSL archival inner sleeve. This protects the integrity of the vinyl and any original inner sleeve(S) or insert(s) that may have come with the release. The inner sleeve is Near Mint. The cover is graded as G+ because of ring wear, edge wear, corner blunts, sticker residue and a tear in the paper on both the front and back covers. The spine has color loss because of the rubs. The vinyl is visually graded as Near Mint. It's play graded as Near Mint. It's been played only on Audiophile equipment since I've owned it and still has a lot of life yet. This would make a great addition to anyone's collection. I have a lot more rock and Roll records, as well as albums of all genres in my Ebay store. Please take a look. They are almost all Near Mint. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative.
