Description

Van Halen Balance LP Sealed, Original, Mint Condition, 1995 UK Import. Condition is "New". Shipped with USPS Media Mail.  This LP is an absolute beauty.  If you are looking at this listing, I do not have to tell you how rare this item is.  I cannot find any flaw with this LP (please look at pic's carefully).  I have owned this item since purchasing it at a record show in 1995 and placing it in a protective sealed LP slip which was only removed to take these pictures.  This LP will be mailed in a sturdy Bags Unlimited mailer and protected to the best of my ability.  It is being sold "as is" as I  do not accept responsibility for what happens to this LP once the USPS takes it into their possession.  This item will only be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States.  I am setting a reasonable opening bid price for such a rare LP.  Two similar items just sold for $460.00 and $525.00.
