PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND READ ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY! 
Up for sale is one(1) Van Halen - Self Titled Debut LP from 1978 on Warner Bros. Records (#BSK 3075). FIRST PRESSING. This is the misprint label version with the number 4 listed twice on Side 1. There is No Barcode. 
THIS IS THE SUPER RARE LABEL MISPRINT VERSION WITH side 1 tracks being listed as 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 5
instead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. 
PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT  SOUNDS AWESOME, ESPECIALLY CRANKED UP!  IT PLAYS ALL THE WAY THROUGH WITHOUT ANY SKIPS.
The Vinyl is in good+ condition, but has some visual surface marks that will cause some surface noise typical with a Good+ grading. Even with a Good+ grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts. 
Nice fairly clean labels with some minor spindle marks.
The cover is in good+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, scrapes, fade spots, and ring wear. There are NO split seams. This cover typically doesn't age well, but this one is in great shape. 
The custiom inner sleeve is in Good condition but has a large sized tear stemming from the opening and angling to the side that could be be rapired with tape, but I'm leaing it as-is. There is a medium to large split seam on all 3 sides. And there are crumples, creases and ring wear typical with age. The LP is now being housed in a separate plain white sleeve.
Other than the tear on the inner sleeve, this is a fairly decent copy.
I obtained this LP in the late 1970's. It was gently played many times back in the day, but not played in over 30 years(until recently play tested). It has been in storage ever since.
