This listing is for a fantastic LP by Van Halen – an original issue 1981 Fair Warning on Warner Bros., HS 3540 SEALED!
The shrink wrap is nice and tight and in excellent condition.
The LP jacket is also in excellent condition with a very slight warp on the top right side that may have been caused by the tight shrink wrap.  It is very slight but I wanted to mention it.  I believe it will flatten out over time when stacked between other LP’s.  
This is a beauty collectors!  Thank you.
I have been collecting LPs for more than 25 years.  If you’re not completely satisfied with the condition of this LP I will be happy to refund your money.      LP will be placed in a new plastic sleeve and shipped in a LP mailer.  I tape all sides of mailers, not just a strip down the middle.
