Off-white shield label, with one color WB shield and 6 grey shields.
No Barcode.
Gatefold.
Cleaned and play tested - Sounds great. Vinyl is in overall VG++/EX Shape. Just a a couple faint marks.  Sleeve is in VG shape with a little staining on the inside gatefold bottom middle. See pics
