Description
Five unplayed Van Morrison albums. Three are promo lps.
1. It's Too Late to Stop Now, 1974 double album - Jacket, gatefold, original dust jackets and -- most important -- the vinyl are in beautiful condition, just a bit of light wear to shiny black front jacket (see photo #2.) Pink promo sticker on front of album and white "Promotion Not for Sale" labels. Vinyl run-off is etched 1A on all four sides. A la carte price - $100. 2. Veedon Fleece, 1974 - Jacket, original dust jacket and vinyl are in beautiful condition. Pink promo sticker on front of album and colored Warner Bros palm tree "Promotion Not for Sale" label. Vinyl run-off is etched 1C on both sides. A la carte price - $60.
3. A Period of Transition, 1977 - Jacket, original dust jacket and vinyl also in beautiful condition. Pink promo sticker on front of album and colored Warner Bros palm tree label. Label does NOT say that it is a promo. A la carte price - $40. 4. Wavelength, 1978 - Jacket & original dust jacket with lyrics very clean. The vinyl has visible scuff marks that may or may not affect play. Radio station copy but not a true promo -- just a slit in lower right corner. Colored Warner Bros palm tree label without promo text. Did not include this album when I priced the set. Will give it to the first buyer of any other album who would like it. 5. Into the Music, 1979 - Not a promo, but jacket and vinyl are immaculate and still in shrink wrap (not sealed.) A la carte price - $30

More about the collection: All albums in this and my other listings are from my personal collection dating back to a long-ago career in rock radio. Record sales are not my livelihood, so rather than attempt to grade them using a system in which I have no expertise, I prefer to let the photos and my honest, conservative descriptions tell the story. If they're described as unplayed, it's because I never played them and there've been no other owners. (FYI, I have many albums that were played, just haven't listed them. Most are in great condition, so if you're looking for something specific, please let me know.)
