Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: Vanilla Fudge – The beat goes on – RARE Original Vinyl LP album from 1968.
Atlantic Plum label.
A2, B1 Matrixes.
MONO
Fully Laminated sleeve.
Signed for postage on this item due to rarity and value.
Vinyl Condition: EX (Some light marks but is in really nice condition and plays great. There is the odd pop but nothing major. Really nice playback).
Inner Sleeve Condition: Fair (Original “plastic bags can be dangerous” inner sleeve has a lot of folds and wear and yellowing. Basically looking tatty of does its job just fine).
Outer Sleeve Condition: G (Laminated outer sleeve has some heavy corner creasing on all corners. There is also lots of edge creases. There is a latch of scuffing to the spine and some corner wear. Overall decent condition for its age).
I grade my vinyl’s as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
