Description
Very scarce compilation LP of Birmingham groups from 1991 on the Catapult Records label (CATLP2) in association with the Midlands entertainment monthly 'Brum Beat'.
It would seem that most of the artists captured on this LP did not record elsewhere or at least little information exists if they did. The exceptions being The Liberty Thieves, who also recorded a couple of singles for the same label and The Mechanical Hearts who issued the extremely rare 'Precious Time'/'Pay the Driver' 7" (a different track of theirs appears here 'Southside Blues').

Vinyl is in wonderful NEAR MINT condition, just a couple of sleeve removal hairlines present, perfectly clean labels with just a couple of spindle trails per side, plain white inner sleeve is NEAR MINT, The outer sleeve has some light handling wear: a few shrt spine and top and bottom edge creases at approx 0.5cm each, a longer, very light crease running accross the bottom left corner and another very light 'thumb' crease near the opening. Otherwise sleeve is in very solid shape without major creasing or any writing, tears, staining or stickers (see photos).
