Discolando 12-inch 33 RPM LP # DLP-8169 is "Cumbias Volume 8" by various artists, including Los Melodicos, Los Master, Orlando y su Combo, Los Nickels, Marina Perla, Many Delgado, Tulio E. Leon and Los Blanco. It is stereo and undated, and appears to have been made in Venezuela. Although the title is "Cumbias Volume 8" on the cover, the title on the labels is "Cumbia Volume 8."
It looks to be still nice and shiny, but with some visible surface scuffs and scratches. I played it through on my Audio-Technica turntable, and there was a single forward skip in the middle of side one, and then three or four more on side two. Otherwise, there were no more skips or jumps, and mostly just typical light background noise, but with some occasional clicks or pops or light ticking. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well it will play on your equipment. 
The cover is in used and worn condition, with partial seam splits on all three sides, and some typical light surface rubbing and edge wear. It has a plain white inner sleeve.
