Rare 4-way split collaborative release between Die Form / Metabolist / Clock Dva & Lucas Trouble . The first collaborative album between Scopa Invisible & Bain Total.

Some info on the release: Bloody rare limited edition issue, released in France back in the 1980. This was the first collaborative compilation between Bain Total (Die Form, Metabolist, Etant Donnes) & Scopa Invisible (La Perversita, Philippe Doray, Illitch, Hector Zazou, ZNR, James Chance, etc.). Excellent primitive minimal-synth tracks with a proto-industrial feel. Comes with 2 inserts , 1 side for each one of the groups participating.

From wikipedia: "Die Form is a French industrial and electronic band formed in 1977-78. The name 'Die Form' means '(the) form' in German, like the Bauhaus diary and is a play on the English homonym 'deform' and on the French homonym 'difforme' (without form). Close to Skinny Puppy, Psychic TV, Nurse with wound, Sleep Chamber and Nocturnal Emissions, Martin Dupont, Fall of Saigon.

Consisting of Philippe Fichot and Éliane P., the project is known for its innovative music and darkly erotic imagery. Live performances have involved video and film projection, live voices over music, and sa do-maso chistic themes mixed with dreaminess and poetry. Philippe Fichot is also a photographer, and creates the albums artwork. Die Form were active in a period that flourished the industrial movement with main representatives artists Etant Donnes , T hrobbing Gristle , Maurizio Bianchi and Portion Control , Art & Technique and Magnetique Bleu , Clock Dva , Cabaret Voltaire and Philippe Doray , Sordide Sentimental , Coil and others.

Clock DVA are an Industrial music, Post-Punk and EBM group from Sheffield, England. The group was formed in 1978, with two members, Adolphus "Adi" Newton and Steven "Judd" Turner. Along with contemporaries Heaven 17 , Clock DVA's name was inspired by the Russian-influenced Nadsat of Anthony Burgess' A Clockwork Orange ; "dva" is the Russian word for "two". Adi had previously worked with members of Cabaret Voltaire in a collective called The Studs and with Ian Craig Marsh and Martyn Ware in a band called The Future. Ian and Martyn went on to found The Human League .

Condition: Vinyl lies in mint- condition, looks super clean and plays perfectly, while cover lies in excellent shape, with light age wear, please notice that due to the fragile nature of the cover, this is the best you'll ever find!!
